About Show Ready Audio Video Services

Show Ready Audio Video Services is an audiovisual staffing and live event production labor company based in Laguna Beach, California. Serving Orange County and the surrounding Southern California region, Show Ready AVS helps production companies, venues, corporate planners and event organizers find the experienced people they need behind the scenes of a successful show. From an executive presentation in a hotel ballroom to a multi-day convention or live entertainment production, the company supplies skilled crew members who understand event schedules, production workflows and the importance of being show-ready. Clients can arrange AV staffing throughout Orange County for individual technical positions or coordinated event crews, based on their production requirements. Audio is one of the company's core specialties. Show Ready AVS offers professional audio technicians and sound engineers for conferences, presentations, performances and other live events. Depending on the job, crews may assist with system setup, microphones, wireless audio, mixing and show operation, with A1 and A2 positions available for different levels of responsibility. For stages, general sessions and live entertainment, the company can supply event lighting technicians to assist with lighting equipment, console operation, focusing and show cues. Its staffing specialties also include video and IMAG technicians for cameras, projection, switching and large-screen presentations. When a show calls for advanced signal flow and video-system knowledge, clients can request experienced video engineers. Modern productions often rely on LED video walls and other high-resolution display systems. Show Ready AVS offers LED display technician staffing to support panel assembly, processing, mapping and troubleshooting according to the equipment and production plan. Behind the scenes, an event also depends on a reliable setup and breakdown crew. The company provides stagehands and event production labor for load-ins, equipment moves, cable runs, stage preparation, changeovers and strikes. For productions involving suspended equipment or truss systems, specialized rigging personnel can be requested according to the venue's needs and safety requirements. Show Ready AVS supports corporate meetings, trade shows, conventions, conferences, product launches, concerts, awards ceremonies and other live productions. Its event production photo gallery highlights examples of staging, camera operation, lighting and crew work. Although based in Laguna Beach, the company advertises staffing coverage across Orange County, Los Angeles, San Diego and Palm Springs. Local production teams in Anaheim, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Santa Ana and nearby cities can inquire about personnel for their venues and event schedules. The company's emphasis is on providing qualified production labor to work with the event's existing equipment, rental supplier and technical team. To request a crew, clients should share their event date, venue, positions required, estimated staffing quantities and load-in, show and strike times.
