Shoppers should confirm which products are on display and which must be ordered, particularly when buying furniture that needs to fit a specific room. Bedroom furniture and bunk beds Bunk beds require attention to room dimensions, ceiling height, mattress compatibility and safe access. Customers should check the manufacturer's age and weight guidance, guardrail requirements and installation instructions. Before choosing a model, measure the floor area and space needed around the bed. Ask whether the purchase includes mattresses, storage accessories or assembly, as those items may be sold separately. Comparing furniture sizes Product photographs can make pieces look smaller or larger than they are. Write down the room's dimensions, door widths, hallways and elevator restrictions before ordering. A tape measure and floor plan are useful during a showroom visit. Shoppers can ask about the actual construction materials, finish and dimensions for each model rather than relying on broad labels such as twin, full or queen without checking the specification. Delivery arrangements The business advertises furniture delivery across Orange County. Customers should confirm service fees, delivery days, assembly options and whether old furniture removal is available. Provide details about stairs, gated entrances or difficult parking. A delivery reservation may not include moving unrelated household items or installing wall anchors, so clarify the exact scope before the scheduled date. Product care and warranties Different finishes and upholstery materials require different maintenance. Ask for manufacturer instructions, coverage information and any restrictions that apply to the product. If a piece arrives damaged or missing hardware, document the condition promptly and follow the store's current claims process. For large purchases, review exchange and return rules before placing an order. Choosing a local furniture seller A physical showroom can help customers compare dimensions and construction in person. Consider product quality, fit, delivery cost and availability rather than selecting solely by price. If several pieces must coordinate, bring samples or photographs of the room. Confirm any sales promotion or financing terms through current store disclosures. FAQs Does OC Furniture Warehouse sell bunk beds? Bunk beds are highlighted in its catalog.
