About Haven Air Conditioning

Haven Air Conditioning is an Anaheim-based heating, ventilation and air conditioning contractor serving Orange County and surrounding communities. The company's website lists its office at 1450 North Lakeview Avenue in Anaheim and presents services for air conditioning, heating, ductless equipment, heat pumps, air ducts and indoor air quality. Its recognizable service vehicles feature Haven branding and a penguin graphic. Homeowners considering repairs or new equipment can use the company's published service categories to identify the right starting point. Cooling system service: Haven advertises air-conditioning repair, installation and maintenance. A system that runs continuously, cools unevenly or fails to start may need diagnosis rather than immediate replacement. Before an appointment, note when the problem occurs, whether the thermostat is responding, any unusual noises and the age of the equipment if known. For replacement estimates, ask how the recommended capacity was selected and what is included for electrical connections, condensate handling and commissioning. Heating and heat pumps: The company lists heating installation, repair and maintenance as well as heat-pump repair and installation. Heat pumps can provide both heating and cooling, but the right equipment and controls depend on the home's layout and existing system. When comparing options, ask about the proposed equipment type, efficiency ratings, comfort expectations, available electrical service and any changes to existing ducts. Confirm which warranties and maintenance responsibilities apply to the specific installation. Ductless systems and airflow: Haven offers mini-split air-conditioning installation and ductless heating and cooling. These systems may be worth discussing for spaces that lack conventional ductwork or have different temperature needs from the rest of the building. The company also advertises duct installation, cleaning and repair. Poor airflow may involve a filter, duct restriction, equipment issue or another cause, so request a diagnosis before assuming that cleaning alone will resolve the problem. Indoor air quality and maintenance: Haven lists indoor air quality services and promotes a maintenance membership with periodic system checkups. Routine service can help identify developing problems, but the appropriate schedule depends on equipment and use. Ask what inspections, cleaning, filters and written reports are included in any maintenance plan. The company also provides service-request forms and financing information on its website; confirm current terms directly rather than relying on an old offer.
